Course overview

ITIL® (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) is a de-facto standard used worldwide to efficiently run IT Service Management processes globally. ITIL® 4 provides an end-to-end facilitation guide towards co-creation of value to both consumers and stakeholders by delivering high-quality products and services. The ITIL® 4 Foundation certification is the entry-level certification for IT professionals to enter into the world of ITIL® 4. It provides the guidance organizations need to address new service management challenges and utilize the potential of modern technology. It is designed to ensure a flexible, coordinated and integrated system for the effective governance and management of IT-enabled services. ITIL Foundation is the first ITIL 4 publication and the latest evolution of the most widely adopted guidance for ITSM. The guidance provided in this course can be adopted and adapted for all types of organizations and services.

The ITIL® 4 Foundation training course will cover the following seven domains:
